Sarah is a licensed and insured massage therapist, practicing massage in Colorado since 2005.
She is a nature lover and spends her free time out exploring the mountains or playing on the river.
Sarah's practice is ever evolving as she is a forever student and loves to learn different techniques. Her massage/bodywork background includes Swedish, deep tissue, NMT, sports massage, cranial work, Ayurvedic bodywork, Thai massage, reiki, acupressure, Access bars and more. She uses her intuition and integrates her favorites of these techniques into her massages to offer each individual a specialized session, promoting a deep state of peace and relief from pain.

Sarah has been in the massage industry for more than 24 years, and licensed in Colorado since 2011.
She has travelled extensively throughout South America, primarily Chile and Argentina, and lived in many beautiful places such as Idaho and British Columbia, Canada. She lives to kayak, mainly whitewater, but also loves multi-day kayaking out of sea kayaks and other boats. Her other hobbies are telemark skiing, gardening, cooking native New Mexican cuisine and hot springing.
Her massage includes much of her varied education with deep tissue, reiki, lymphatic drainage, Swedish, spontaneous muscle release (SMRT), reflexology, acupressure and advanced neck work.

Irene Doherty-Coleman LMT RPP ERYT Energy Medicine Practitioner & Educator
Irene has been intrigued by the ancient worlds and their ways of relating to wellness since childhood. After a degree in Psychology she began to study the human body and found where it all comes together. Irene bridges the understanding of ancient Egyptian, Greek and Vedic medicine culture with today’s understanding of the psyche and physical condition. She does this through the bodywork modalities of Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy, the full spectrum of Yoga practices and vibrational medicine with gongs, tuning forks and drums. A session with Irene is an invitation to listen deeply, meet the spirit that walks with you and align with your highest good and healing.
